Evidence-Based GLP-1 Care. Whole-Person Support. Sustainable Results.

GLP-1 medications can be incredibly effective tools, but medication alone is rarely enough to create lasting change. Research consistently shows that nutrition, resistance exercise, behavioral support, and ongoing medical monitoring are key to maximizing results while helping preserve lean muscle mass, support metabolic health, and build sustainable habits.

Our collaborative model combines expert medical management with personalized 1:1 behavioral coaching. You’ll work with a psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication evaluation and management while receiving ongoing support from a Mayo Clinic Certified GLP-1 Behavioral Health Specialist. Together, we help you navigate the realities of treatment—including nutrition, protein intake, movement, side effects, emotional eating, binge eating, body image concerns, and the day-to-day challenges that arise between appointments.

Whether your goal is weight management, improving metabolic health, reducing food noise, or supporting recovery from binge eating, our approach is individualized, compassionate, and grounded in current evidence rather than quick fixes or restrictive diet culture. We believe GLP-1 medications work best when they’re paired with education, accountability, and practical strategies that help you build a healthier relationship with food and your body, both during treatment and beyond.

It’s about improving health, preserving strength, and creating habits that last.

CCI Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach
Mayo Clinic Certified GLP-1 Protocol

I've spent years helping people heal their relationship with food, and I'm increasingly working with clients using GLP-1 medications for binge eating disorder, metabolic health, and other medical indications. Used thoughtfully, they can be an incredibly helpful tool. Used without enough support, they can create new challenges.

I believe in careful monitoring, adequate nutrition, protecting muscle mass, preserving recovery, and making sure these medications support long-term health rather than replace it.

If you're taking a GLP-1 (or considering one) and want support navigating eating, recovery, nutrition, or the psychological side of the process, l'd love to help. I also work closely with my a psychiatric nurse practitioner, so clients have access to collaborative, comprehensive care when appropriate.

Curious whether this approach is right for you? Feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to talk.
